1.19 begins acquaintance with the new biomes included in the announcement. In addition to oak, spruce and other types of trees, get a new one, more special in terms of their growth and habitat. The mangroves are what makes the Wild Update stand out from past Minecraft PE updates.

For the first time, these trees have the opportunity to grow on water, but only if you create all the conditions for this. Mangroves can only grow where there is water due to their roots. They filter the water and allow the tree to grow where other trees die.

Moreover, these amazing roots do not need to be broken in order to have several seedlings for further planting. Mangrove seedlings grow directly on mangrove trees and you can pick them easily.

And of course, Minecraft 1.19 will receive a new type of wood. Outwardly, they are something in between acacia and tropical and have a complete set including blocks, fences, slabs and more.
However, MCPE 1.19 is also reworking legacy biomes such as swamps. The new version brings updated swamps along with mangroves growing there and some other features, which will be discussed below.

And here is the first new mob included in update 1.19.0. They are frogs presented in three types so far. Frogs try to imitate real frogs by taking their behavior patterns. You will see croaking and jumping frogs in swamp and marsh biomes.

There are several types of frogs that differ in their climatic habitat. You will see tropical, marsh and snow frogs which, by the way, originate from tadpoles! Fireflies are food for frogs - another entity designed in the form of tiny flying particles.

Tadpoles in Minecraft BE 1.19 are new creatures that live in swamps. They grow and develop into large frogs. The most interesting thing is that you yourself can raise a certain type of tadpole by placing them in the environment. For example, if you want to raise a snow frog, place a tadpole in water with a cold environment.

It directly depends on what the tadpole will turn into and what properties it will receive as a result. The differences between frog species and their behavior are still unknown. Probably each of them will receive certain characteristics and behavior.

Perhaps fireflies in MCPE 1.19 will be the smallest entities of all if they are included in the update as separate entities of course. If the fireflies are added to Minecraft as particles, then you will see 2x1 living creatures flying glowing in the dark. They serve as food for frogs and live mainly in swamps.
The first block on the list of features for the upcoming 1.19 update is the new mud block. They are generated and formed in swampy biomes and are a wet block of dirt. You yourself can make one pouring water onto a block of dirt, thereby obtaining a block of mud.

Surprisingly, mud houses are now possible thanks to mud bricks. This is another type of block in Minecraft PE 1.19.0, included in the construction category. They are great for building small houses as shown in the screenshot. It is unknown if there will be other mud blocks and their properties.

So that you can catch tadpoles not only on the shore, but also in the middle of lakes and swamps, Mojang has made a new change regarding boats. In MC 1.19, you can put a chest directly into a boat for an additional 27 slots. They are useful if you, for example, fish for a long time and do not want to return to the shore to shift all the loot.

The swamp update is probably not the final stage of 1.19 development. Minecraft Live 2021 revealed several concepts of what familiar biomes might look like in the future. Birch forests, completely new swamps and others can become new biomes. Therefore, the Wild Update does not cover only one biome, attention is paid to some other biomes.

Well, that is the end of the swamp features that can be seen on the surface. Check out the largest structure that will be part of the Minecraft 1.19 update. Deep dark cities are truly large cities, built of soul sand and soul fire, abyssal blocks and basalt.

This is a very scary place and if you find yourself there then be prepared for anything. So far, little is known about the structure of the city, but its value to players lies in the loot. Problems await you at every turn, do not relax.

This is a block that absorbs the experience of entities that died next to it. You just have to destroy the sculk catalyst block to take all the experience for yourself. Can be used with other mechanisms and redstone.

After taking a few steps next to the sculk sensor, it will send a signal straight to sculk shrieker, which in turn will emit frightening sounds. This is in some way a wake-up warden alarm. Plus these sounds give you an effect that then partially darkens the screen.

Since the warden was planned to be added to Minecraft 1.17, it has now been pushed back to version 1.19. Now we know almost everything about it: It is a large golem-like mob that lives only in the Deep Dark biome. It is very dangerous, just a few hits of it will send you to respawn.

By the Sculk Shrieker making sound multiple times, you will most likely summon one Warden. It's blind, but hears perfectly and his sense of smell can catch your scent. Watch out for it, it is a big threat to any player no matter how strong you are.

Mangrove Biomes
1.19 begins acquaintance with the new biomes included in the announcement. In addition to oak, spruce and other types of trees, get a new one, more special in terms of their growth and habitat. The mangroves are what makes the Wild Update stand out from past Minecraft PE updates.

Mangroves

And of course, Minecraft 1.19 will receive a new type of wood. Outwardly, they are something in between acacia and tropical and have a complete set including blocks, fences, slabs and more.
Mangrove Swamp
However, MCPE 1.19 is also reworking legacy biomes such as swamps. The new version brings updated swamps along with mangroves growing there and some other features, which will be discussed below.

Frog Species
And here is the first new mob included in update 1.19.0. They are frogs presented in three types so far. Frogs try to imitate real frogs by taking their behavior patterns. You will see croaking and jumping frogs in swamp and marsh biomes.

There are several types of frogs that differ in their climatic habitat. You will see tropical, marsh and snow frogs which, by the way, originate from tadpoles! Fireflies are food for frogs - another entity designed in the form of tiny flying particles.

Tadpoles
Tadpoles in Minecraft BE 1.19 are new creatures that live in swamps. They grow and develop into large frogs. For example, if you want to raise a snow frog, place a tadpole in water with a cold environment.

If the fireflies are added to Minecraft as particles, then you will see 2x1 living creatures flying glowing in the dark. They serve as food for frogs and live mainly in swamps.
Renewable Mud
The first block on the list of features for the upcoming 1.19 update is the new mud block. They are generated and formed in swampy biomes and are a wet block of dirt. You yourself can make one pouring water onto a block of dirt, thereby obtaining a block of mud.

Surprisingly, mud houses are now possible thanks to mud bricks. This is another type of block in Minecraft PE 1.19.0, included in the construction category. They are great for building small houses as shown in the screenshot. It is unknown if there will be other mud blocks and their properties.

Chest Boats
So that you can catch tadpoles not only on the shore, but also in the middle of lakes and swamps, Mojang has made a new change regarding boats. In MC 1.19, you can put a chest directly into a boat for an additional 27 slots. They are useful if you, for example, fish for a long time and do not want to return to the shore to shift all the loot.

Other Biomes
The swamp update is probably not the final stage of 1.19 development. Minecraft Live 2021 revealed several concepts of what familiar biomes might look like in the future. Birch forests, completely new swamps and others can become new biomes. Therefore, the Wild Update does not cover only one biome, attention is paid to some other biomes.

Deep Dark Cities
Well, that is the end of the swamp features that can be seen on the surface. Check out the largest structure that will be part of the Minecraft 1.19 update. Deep dark cities are truly large cities, built of soul sand and soul fire, abyssal blocks and basalt.

Sculk Catalyst
This is a block that absorbs the experience of entities that died next to it. You just have to destroy the sculk catalyst block to take all the experience for yourself. Can be used with other mechanisms and redstone.

Sculk Shrieker
After taking a few steps next to the sculk sensor, it will send a signal straight to sculk shrieker, which in turn will emit frightening sounds. This is in some way a wake-up warden alarm. Plus these sounds give you an effect that then partially darkens the screen.

Warden
