One of the most epic tech mods for Minecraft is now available for Pocket Edition on InnerCore (Android only!). A similar project is IndustrialCraft PE Mod, which has had hundreds of thousands of downloads for both Java and PE. Here you will get acquainted with the nuclear reactor and its derivatives, as well as new metals and chemical elements, chemical reactions and synthesis processes.
Warning: this is an unstable version currently being ported. Many things are in the process of being transferred, so some blocks function to a limited extent.
