They are blocks from all dimensions, emitting light blocks, plants, bonfires, ores and much more. Believe me, none of the blocks were spoiled, each animation is worthy of being among the vanilla textures.
Instead of GIFs, just watch the trailer showing all the features of this texture pack. Animations can be glossy, luminous and flickering, simulate the wind as it works in many shaders for Minecraft BE, and animated blocks can slightly resize like rubber.
1. Download the pack and run it using Minecraft PE.
