How do you start your journey as a ruler?

To claim land in Jerry's Colonies BE, craft a flag. Once you've placed it, select your country's name and form of government in the management menu (you can stick with the classic system or enable democracy). If you choose democracy, you'll need to set up a ballot box, and every 30 days villagers will elect a leader.

Life within the empire:

To manage operations, use the Mayor's Desk. Through it, you hire residents for emeralds, monitor their numbers and assign professions. But remember, your people aren't robots-to keep them alive, craft Food Crates and regularly fill them with food.

Also, in the Jerry's Colonies Addon, if your too lazy to build houses block by block, there are blueprints ranging from simple farms to massive pyramids and arenas.

Wars, Alliances, and Economy:

You can declare war, capture enemy flags, or, conversly, form an alliance to unite colonies. In Arena mode, your knights, archers and cavalry can clash in battle to the sound of epic music from vinyl records. Don't forget to set up a Tax Table (allows you to collect resources from players once a week or once a month) to keep your treasury from running dry.

Raids:

In Jerry's Colonies BE Addon, your lands may be attacked by marauders in hot air balloons or bandits. In addition to external enemies, there are epidemics that inflict negative effects on all inhabitants. To defend your borders, mercenary troops have been added; you can equip them, heal them with potions, change their appearance, assign ranks and nams and more.
