Article V – CITIZENSHIP
Avrinian blooded citizen is which a person is a citizen of Avrin country by blood; refers to the natives of Sentiñel region and their new generations
An Avrinian blooded is a citizen of the country without performing any act to perfect their Avrinian citizenship
Daughter or a son of an avrinian blooded man and a naturalized woman can be determined as a natural born citizen which is as well not obligated to be adopted as a citizen of the country
Naturalized Avrinian citizen is which a person performed terms of citizenship adoption of the country
A foreign woman will be also named as a naturalized citizen at the time an avrinian man married her

Article VI – LEGISLATIVE
The legislative power is vested within the Congress which is consisted of The Congress as the Highest chamber, Senate as the Middle Chamber and House of Representatives as the lowest chamber
The Congress is a Bicameral legislature hence the forums are separated and can't function as one
The court of the Congress is being called as Congressional Discussions Assembly and should be on the app called Twitter
The court of the Senate is being called as Senate Hearing Court and should be on the app called Facebook Messenger
The court of the House of Representatives is being called as Democratic court of the House of Representatives and should be on the app called Twitter
Every chamber has power within the Legislative department thus making it compulsory to have a referendum for all chambers before declaring or amending a law as Democracy is one of the foundations to comprise the form of the government
The congress shall be composed of 8 congressmen; elected democratically and stay in position until 1 year of service
The congress shall have a leader which will be declared by the majority of votes of the congress. The voting shall be held 6 months after the election
In the referendum for the congress leader, each congressman shall only vote for one another; prohibited to vote itself
No one shall be a Congressman unless the person is a registered member of Avrin and atleast 16 years old on the day of the election
After the conclusion of its term, the previous officials are still allowed to run for the next election. In addition, there is no such thing as limit for how many times a person could serve
The senate shall be composed of 12 senators along with the president of the senate. The 12 senators shall be proclaimed democratically. Hence, a referendum must happen to let the people decide; which senators shall serve for the country
The previous senate leader shall be the new president of the senate and obligated to declare a voting for a new senate leader, 6 months after the election. Every senator is prohibited to vote itself to the mentioned voting
Each senator remains in position until 1 year of service
No person will be a senator unless the referred human being is a registered member of Avrin and atleast 14 years old on the election day

Every execution of this constitution, a law must be noted as presidential order if the law is proposed by the President and a law must be noted as act if the law is being authored by any member of the legislative branch

No one could be a Representative unless the person is a citizen of Avrin and atleast 12 years old on the election day. The person should run to become a Representative of the province where the person is registered
Should the Representatives choose the Majority’s leader for their court. Thus there will be a referendum 6 months after the election. Every representative has prohibition to vote itself to the referred voting

However, every law must be signed by all members of the legislative department; in which the legislature must have a referendum before the declaration of any law to ensure the favor of the majority for the referred law

If the President proposes a law; the Executive leader is only allowed to give its petition to the Senate president thus the President of the senate is obligated to bring the proposal to the Senate Hearing Court

ARTICLE VII – EXECUTIVE

No person should be the President of the Republic of Avrin unless the referred person is a citizen of Avrin, served for the country as a government official atleast once and 18 years old on the election day
The term of the president is 1 year; halt of term is possible if an appeal of impeachment succeeded
If its term concludes, the referred government official is still able to run for another term as there is the absence of limitation for how many times a government official could serve
In case of vacancy, the Senate President shall be promoted and take the responsibility of a President of the state
The prime minister is the supervisor of the secretaries of the cabinet which has ability in assigning or replacing them with no approbation of any official of the administration
Neither constitution nor democracy affects the election of the prime minister; hence proclaiming the referred official is depended to the current president
The cabinet consists of civil and military service government organizations
The amount of the secretaries is depended to the amount of sections of the cabinet
Only the executive department is allowed to use the Avrinian accounts for communication and such with the exception of the agency named Avrin national news; thus making Avrin national news an Independent cabinet
ARTICLE VIII – JUDICIAL
The Judicial department is vested within the supreme court
The Chief of Justice is responsible of taking the leadership of the Supreme court; which its purpose is to be the highest committee of the Judicial department
Supreme court consists of three supreme judges; and the considered highest judges will serve for their country with a time span determined by their lifetime
The Supreme Judges will be elected democratically with the exception of the Chief of Justice; which shall be proclaimed by the Prime Minister
A person can't be a Supreme Judge unless the referred person is a citizen of Avrin and atleast 18 years old on the day of the election
Impeachment for any part of the Supreme Court is possible, if an appeal of impeachment is succeeded
The Constitution of Avrin must be kept within the Supreme Court and shall be treated as a jewel
ARTICLE IX – REVISION
Only a process of revision could be made within the Constitution if the Supreme Court allows it
An amendment to the Constitution should go through a process called Revision of the Constitution
The petition of the people shall be approved by the majority of the Supreme Judges before passing it to the legislature
The Senate being the first to interpret the articulated proposal and a majority’s vote for approbation should be present before passing it to the House of Representatives
The 3rd process is the House of Representatives having an obligation to as well review the revision request and must have a majority’s vote before passing it to the next chamber
The Congress is the last chamber to have an interpretation of the proposal for the amendment of the Constitution. However, so as the congress will adopt the process the Senate and the House of Representatives performed
If the petition passed the legislative department. There will be a national referendum for the amendment of the constitution
If still the revision request passes the national referendum. It will now go to the Highest committee of the Administration; in which all government officials are obligated to vote for the amendment. If it passes the Highest committee of the Administration. The constitution will be amended and as well be ratified
The newly created constitution will not be effective until the day it is ratified
There will be a referendum before the declaration of the constitution as well its consideration
ARTICLE X – ECONOMY

The Bureau of avrin economic and development is obligated to determine how much budget the state shall give to the citizen
The program does not require for the in game economy. Thus, the Income rating system will not deduct the budget of the government for constructions
The rating is subjected to the monthly earnings from the government for the citizens; by their popularity or demand within the community
ARTICLE XI – SUFFRAGE
Everyone within the state is able to perform the suffrage as long as the person is a registered member of Avrin. In which, there is no prohibition at all
It is the state's obligation to settle a fine location; which its purpose is to allow the people to vote or perform to any referendum
Thus the state shall receive maps, with the inclusion of the votes, from the people
The citizens of Avrin are obligated to download the Avrin map and to write their votes at the exact place which will be announced by either the National or Local government. In addition, the voter should sign his vote by placing a sign at the referred place; showing his full name in Avrin which is the registered name of the voter within the AOI
