Don't know where to get fuel for the furnace, because there are no trees or mines around? More Charcoal PE is a mod that started more than 10 years ago, which finally got a ported version for Minecraft PE on InnerCore. It does not interfere with the balance of survival, but only helps players come up with new things in matters with furnaces.

Just throw an item from the list above into the furnace to get coal. And the coal you get can be used just like regular charcoal. That is, smelting ore, cooking, and many other things where coal can be used.
Also, the new coal has its own parameters, and some of them are less energy efficient compared to regular coal in MCPE.
1. Download and install Inner Core.
2. Move the folder from the archive here: games/com.mojang/mods.
