Don't think Update Aquatic is the best thing you can do with the aquatic environment in Minecraft Bedrock Edition. Of course that update brought tons of changes with regards to both mobs and physics including water itself, but you can also expand the number of underwater inhabitants by installing the Aquatic+ Addon.

Creatures Behavior:
Unlike original fish, new ones such as sharks can hunt and eat other inhabitants of the ocean. If you dive under water and can approach one of the sharks at a safe distance, you will see how they catch small fish.
Like any predator, almost all the new mobs are aggressive except for whales. Therefore, forget about your previous studies of the ocean floor or the extraction of plants and corals. Now you have to deal with a new danger and this is not really a shark.
The strongest of all:
Yes, the sharks are a strong opponent, but they are far from bosses. Take a look at the aquatitan, it is so massive that it is comparable to a small house and its strength is enough to deal with several players. It feels great in the water and can easily eat you for dessert.
