Mimic is a normal chest, but only until you open it, and then.. Mimics in this addon are not so clever, but very dangerous if you are not wearing armor and you do not have a good weapon for self-defense.
Mimics have only one goal and as usually happens, it is you who will become the main prey for them. Creepy chests contain an interesting loot and have large teeth and jaws. Their legs allow them to move very fast and attack people.
The world of Minecraft PE is not capable of spawn the mimics, so the only way to see them is to build a sculpture for summoning golems. It does not require a lot of resources, and you can get a useful drop if you are confident.
How to install the Mimic addon?
Download the file and open it using the game.
Go to the world settings and activate it.
