Going by the simple name PhotoRealism, this texture pack affects almost all blocks, transforming 16x to 128x making vanilla look more realistic. But even so, it is not realism to the fullest extent. For a better feeling you will need textures with RT, and if you play on mobile then any of the super realistic shaders for Bedrock Edition.

The pack moves away from fancy patterns, making each block more like one taken from real life. Overall, some textures have something in between realism and cartoonishness, putting this texture pack somewhere in the middle.
