256x is the resolution that works well with most devices. But keep in mind that the total size of the pack exceeds 50 MB, which can somehow affect the performance of your smartphone. In most cases, everything works fine without causing friezes or texture lags.
For a better immersion in realism, you will need shaders for Minecraft PE 1.18 and 1.19. Choose the right one, trying to make the RTX look in its general form if you want to have a similar picture.
