The primary importance of this texture pack is not only about increasing FPS, and this can be clearly seen from the screenshots. A distinctive feature in Iolite is the combination of the two colors blue and purple. The name itself speaks about it and looking up to the sky you will see an incredibly attractive purple sky. Regardless of the phase of the day, the sky remains realistic with static clouds.
In an effort to make textures more PvP-friendly, Iolite focuses on pixelating Minecraft BE. While the landscape blocks have retained their default appearance, weapons, armor, food and potions, flowers and some other items will look more adapted for multiplayer.
