Currently Better RenderDragon hasn't been updated to support latest versions of minecraft pe. You will need to replace original material bin files to use Eternity for that. You will need to go to:
(If you are using Bedrock Launcher):
C:\Users\(Your User Name)\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft_bedrock\versionws\(Installation Name)\data\renderer\materials. Here you will need to replaces the material bin files,
Remember to backup your original bin files.
(iOS):
I don't have an iOS device but someone successfully replaced files on iOS without Jailbreak you will require these softwares.
