X Legacy is one of 4 independent Newb shaders for Minecraft Bedrock Edition, running on RenderDragon! And yes, this is a real shader with full fog, shadows and much more without the simulation effect. There are two shaders for both Android and Win10/11, but with some features.

How to install the Newb X Legacy?

Using Patch apk (64-bit only)

1. Download and install the patched Minecraft apk that supports shaders
2. Download the shader and import it
3. Enable the shader in Global Resource Packs
4. Restart Minecraft

Using BetterRenderDragon

1. Download BetterRenderDragon.zip and extract the files
2. Download the shader and import it
2. Open Minecraft using LaunchMinecraft.bat of BetterRenderDragon. You have to launch Minecraft BE this way every time you want to use the shader
3. Press F6 to open BetterRenderDragon window and enable the MaterialBin Loader option
3. Enable the shader in Global Resource Packs and restart Minecraft
