It would be better if you fly over the islands on some helicopter or plane taken from addons for Minecraft PE 1.21, for example, it could be the Aircrafts Addon. So you can clearly understand how it looks in the game and choose the best position for placing the base (without creative mode).
This seed has some generational features, in particular all the islands are located in a circle. Use your creativity to connect them into something bigger or leave them as is and sail on a boat.
The most important thing is the natural look; in this regard, the seed turned out to be realistic without any generation glitches.
