Sometimes it happens that you need a spawner as fast as possible. This could be due to the experience or loot farm, whatever spawners are used. But the problem is that spawners are quite rare and hidden blocks that spread entities around them. In this case, you can type this number and respawn near a very strange village with a spawner located literally a few blocks away from you.

The reason you noticed this seed is the spawner itself. If you have never met them in Minecraft PE, which is surprising enough, then spawn and run to the village in the forest (coords 573, 72, 15). There you will see ordinary houses and villagers going about their business.
Go deeper into the village and look at the house on the hill. It is located literally on the second floor above the spawner. Having none of the weapons, you better not engage in combat with skeletons around, usually two or three skeletons guarding the spawner.
