After spawn you will appear next to the high tower where illagers live. If you have never seen anything like this before, you better not approach it, otherwise you will be prone to attack. Use the following coordinates (/tp 2182 83 143) to teleport to the border of the village.
This is probably the main thing that distinguishes this seed. The chance of generating such a village is very low, so you definitely need to go there. Zombie village has some differences from the usual one, in this case it is small but inhabited.
Dig a vertical tunnel at the given coordinates of the village. First you get into the dungeon and then into the mine. It has its own unique places such as a library, mob spawners, loot rooms and more.
