Vitality Simulator for Bedrock Edition 26.20.27+

Following the Temperature Survival Addon comes the Vitality Simulator (Karmaphobia), which also shifts survival in Minecraft Bedrock toward realism. To get started, simply pick up a dirt block, and a Status item will appear in your inventory to open the menu.

Updated Survival:

You no longer have a single health bar like before. Damage is distributed across body parts: head, torso and limbs. So if you damage your hands or feet, you'll suffer fractures. Critical injuries inflict debuffs like slowness or weakness and you'll have to treat them specifically using first aid kits or bandages. As you can see, simply eating a golden apple isnt enough.

Biomes and their dangers:

In the desert or the nether, you can get heatstroke; in the snow you can get frostbite on your limbs. Additionally, radiation has been introduced and while it's low in the desert it's high in the Crimson Forest. Without potassium iodide pills you wont last long there, as you'll start getting infected, and as you can see traveling through biomes is quite a challenge you need to gear up and bring a supply of health potions.

Biology and other factors:

You can bleed out and your health wont regenerate on its own. You'll also have to balance thirst with the risk of getting sick from drinking raw water, which leads to stomach inflamation and the inability to eat. And then there's your mood, which also plays a role illnesses and injuries can drive you into depression. You can take antidepressants, but you might become dependant on them. And there are tons of features like this in the add-on.
