SCP-096 Addon (Bedrock 26.0+)

SCP-096 stands apart from all other entities and is the one that will make you constantly look over your shoulder while surviving in Bedrock 26.0. The add-on recreates the mechanics of the classic Foundation object, where your main mistake is simply looking at it. The rest of the monsters are available in the SCP Classified Addon, which also supports the latest versions of MCPE.

How does 096 behave?

You can encounter it in a sitting position. At this point, it seems almost harmless, with only 50 health points, and it does not show any aggression. However, you shouldn't relax. If you catch its eye, an eight-second timer will start. During this time, it becomes aware of its victim, stands up to its full height, and turns into a killing machine with 230 health points.

Combat abilities and skills:

• It easily climbs vertical walls and makes high jumps.
• It is capable of pushing away entire groups of players and mobs within a large radius.
• In addition to the standard damage of 23 points, there is a chance of instant death via a screamer.

To deal with this, the add-on includes a special cylinder. This hat can be crafted in survival mode. It gives the owner strong bonuses such as increased speed and full damage protection (armor rating 100).

How to defeat it?

Defeating SCP-096 is no easy task. When its health bar drops to zero, it does not disappear but simply returns to its original sitting position. The player has a short window of a few seconds to finish it off while it is vulnerable. If this is not done, it will fully recover and start hunting again.
