Each generator is a machine that produces an ore block. Once placed on a solid surface, the generator will create exactly one ore or gem block on top of itself. A new block will not appear until the current one is broken.
This is especially useful in mini-games like Skyblock and others that require a compact generator with pre-configured logic.
