CCTV Addon is a tool for remote video surveillance of the area you would like to monitor and only you have access to the camera and no one else. In some ways, Replay & Cinematic Addon works in a similar way, but is still more intended for recording Minecraft video.

The addon has a very simplified system that does not have any additional items or even a physical camera object. All you need is to tap the stick in the place where you would like to install a video surveillance camera. Then type the name and save.
Cameras already placed are displayed in the menu as a list. Select one to go into video surveillance mode. Note that the direction the camera is looking corresponds to the direction your character is looking.
1. Open the file (.mcaddon) using Minecraft PE
2. Activate the addon (game settings)
