If you still haven't updated to version 1.21.50 for some reason but really want to see that mob in MinecraftBE, then here's a good addon. The creaking is a new mob from the Christmas drop expected in the coming months as a release and is already one of the Minecraft PE 1.21.50.20 features. But when installing it, keep in mind that the creaking from this addon is not the same creaking from the beta.

The addon's creaking is nothing more than a mob without any abilities, it's just a texture so you can see how it looks in the game, touch it from all sides. It doesn't make any sounds and doesn't get any energy from its remote heart. Just an empty mob, nothing more.
Unfortunately, Minecraft Bedrock addons are unlikely to be able to replicate creakings based on the technical capabilities of modding. In the beta, the creaking is a very creepy entity living in the pale gardens and only there. They make strange sounds and attack those who stand with their back to them.
There is always creakings heart next to it giving energy and strength. Find the heart and break it to defeat that living tree.
