Floating text is any text you type and put at a certain point. It does not disappear and displays information to everyone who is nearby. Players and entities are able to pass through but not edit so you as the OP have full access to all the texts set in your world.
Typically, such plugins are implemented using commands that are responsible for any actions with the text. The addon, on the contrary, has a new item with an interface: tapping on the point where you want the text to be opens a menu with several items. There is a button for creating a new floating text and editing already placed ones. Everything is very simple.
A. Open the file (.mcpack) using Minecraft PE.
B. Activate the addon (world or game settings).
