TreesFacilities or Instant Trees in other words is a tree generator, as you already understood, designed into a convenient addon. In reality, this is a small set of tools needed to instantly create trees, but not the same as in the original Minecraft PE. The new trees are enormous and have a large number of branches and foliage.

Instant Trees follows other Instant addons and adds a set of tools for working with trees. Without a doubt, the first tool is the rotator, which allows you to rotate the placed tree to either side. Next, use the left and right arrows to switch between trees.
There is also a removal tool and a generator itself that places trees in the world. Each of the tools is easy to use. More than 10 types of trees are available to you, including several giant ones.
First, enable the Holiday Creator Features and Additional Modding Capabilities options in the experiments (game settings). Then go to your world and type the /function RTFsetup command (enable commands in world settings as well). Then use the entire tree generation toolbox.
1. Open the file (.mcpack) using Minecraft PE.
