This post contains several addons that add new elytras to Minecraft PE 1.16 and 1.17. Previously, Elytra could be changed using texture packs like the Elytra Pack does. But if you need updated elytras with completely new models and the ability to quickly switch them as well as easier control, then these will satisfy your requirements.
This is Nether Elytras Pack for Minecraft 1.18 (8 nether elytras)

You are offered 4 new air devices that have nothing outwardly to do with elytra. They perform the same flight function, but you no longer need to jump from mountains or hills, you just need to jump and fly!
You have a choice between rocket, mini helicopter, jetpack and fairy wings - choose one by going to the addon settings. Then put it on and jump while looking up at the sky. Flying can continue as long as necessary and landing does not cause damage.
This pack also offers 8 new elytras in the form of phantom and ender dragon wings, paper plane and even Buz Lightyear Wings from Toy Story. You should open the pack settings and choose those wings that you like the most.
