In PUBG, airdrops are thrown randomly in specified areas, but in MCBE you can do it yourself with the calling command. How many airdrops you want to call in is up to you, and if you are creating action mini games or full battleroyale in Minecraft Bedrock, edit the loot file located inside the addon.
The procedure is simple - start your world and type the /function call_airdrop command (must enable in the settings). After a moment, the airdrop will land above your head. During the landing, the airdrop looks like a chest with an attached parachute, but after landing the parachute will disappear.
The default items on the loot list are iron and diamond armor as well as apples. Use airdrop_loot.mcfunction to add the necessary items in the right amount. Randomness is also set in this file.
These airdrops come in handy where large-scale battles take place. One of the battlefields is Fortnite Addon for Minecraft Bedrock Edition supporting even current versions.
