Why do you need item frames if there is PlaceCraft expanding the features of placing items in Minecraft PE 1.14. There are currently item frames that have undergone minor changes in recent updates. They can be attached both to walls and to any other surfaces including the ceiling. But if you do not want to see the frames, as well as be able to rotate the item not only clockwise but also positionally, then you will need this addon.

It can be compared to the PlaceMe Addon with similar features. In PlaceCraft, you will have a small set of tools for rotating the placed objects.
Initially, for item placing you will need the Item Board (/give @s pc) containing only one item. So if you want to place several items on the block, use item boards separately. In general, the addon has an internal guide with a clear explanation of how it works, but if you do not want to use it, see below.
Take that item to reposition the placed item. Each tap turns an object 90 degrees in a vertical and horizontal position. The last option is a floating effect like dropped items.
A simple tool for rotating placed objects. Rotate the item clockwise 360 degrees as you want. Keep in mind that the initial position of the item depends on the item board.
