Standard mobs get bored sooner or later and everyone wants to meet someone new. The Mad Mobs addon replaces not so many creatures (there are 8 new mobs) in Minecraft PE 1.1/1.2 but their behavior and parameters will become completely different.
The health of most of them is increased and approximately equal to the characteristics of mini-bosses. Almost all mobs hate players so if you can not live without fighting, then this is a great opportunity to test your sword.
