The lobby is located next to the skate park where you need to go to the chest. Take one stand and place it on a stone base. Then sit on it and start extreme. Skate park consists of both the skateboarding rink and blocks designed for performing tricks.
No additional addons or mods, the map is completely independent of this and works on Minecraft PE 1.12.
