Forget about logic, buildings can be completely different without a clear goal. Find the mini Big Ben, dine at Smashburger or go on a space shuttle flight. Wandering between the houses, you will definitely find some mini-game or a hidden thing, this city was created to make it always interesting and fun for the player to walk along its streets.
Plus today's update is the best option for Minecraft Bedrock 1.11 and newer.
