Well, why not, because thanks to the Pokémon 2.0 Addon and the prepared map you will understand how to interact and tame pokemons.
This site has everything related to the pokemons. First of all, there are shops for buying Pokemon as well as their summoning. Pokemon village is divided into sections, each has houses for both villagers and for the sale of creatures.
