So far this cool feature is only part of Minecraft Java Edition, but most likely it will be added to Minecraft Bedrock 1.9 as one of the beta versions (download the latest update). Jplayspe built an exact copy of what the outposts look like and added a few features that can't be replaced. There you can meet those who inhabit it.
