Backroom Filter is a liminal space style that functions as a shader and was created specificaly for Backroom maps and add-ons in Minecraft Bedrock. You may have seen something similar on PC but its now available on mobile as well.

A Camcorder from the Past:
The shader is based on the look of a VHS recording, which is why the image appears with scan lines, and the colors are shifted. It looks more like glitches and RGB separation (from clouds to buttons).
