This isn't a shader, and it doesn't make the stars brighter or the sun volumetric - Galaxy Cubemap focuses on something else. It removes the default sky of MC Bedrock 1.21 and adds a new galactic view in mesmerizing purple tones.
Different resolutions are available (adjustable in the pack settings), going up to 2K, so you can pick the one that best matches your device or PC.
If that's not enough, here's a whole Skybox Pack or more accurately, a set of Cubemaps for Minecraft PE. It includes about a dozen different skies that can also be selected in the settings.
They come in medium resolution and are optimized for all devices, with minimal impact on performance if you're concerned about FPS.
