From the moment you install this texture pack, the first change will be super minimalistic textures for everything in the game. It looks rather strange if before that you played with realistic or medieval textures.
The next change will be a two-fold decrease in resolution. Vanilla textures are 16x16, while the Minuscule Texture Pack is created in 8x. This greatly affects the quality, making objects more simplified. And the final innovation is performance improvement compared to any other textures in 32x and highter.
All this has a positive effect on the game without causing lags. You will like these textures only in the case when you want exactly minimalism and a minimum of unnecessary noise and distracting details.
