The screenshots show Simple textures with FSPE X that creates such a colorful atmosphere in the aggregate. With such a small resolution, Simple is not inferior to other vanilla textures with qualitative changes. But first of all this pack is designed to simplify and minimize details in Minecraft PE so that the player pays all his attention to gameplay.
To achieve the same as in the screenshots, install the shaders above or any other realistic ones. This may require a little more memory but it's worth it.
