As expected, Mojang released updated vanilla textures that are included in Minecraft Java 1.13 by default. You could imagine completely new things in your thoughts, but this is far from the case, because in reality this texture pack is just a redesign to bring all objects to the same style.
Someone might not really like the updated textures, but in any case they will replace the old ones in the next versions of MCPE. Look at the changelog and find out what awaits you in the next global update, which should be released soon - Minecraft PE Bedrock 1.3.
You can not download this pack and use the free New Default Textures which can be downloaded if you play the purchased version.
