It has an intuitive interface with multiple languages - go to the skin creation tab if you want to build your own. The editor has a lot of features which are quite enough for drawing simple and medium skins.
This only works with 3D skins for Minecraft Java / BE, not 4D and 5D. Each finished skin is multiplayer compatible; combine them into libraries and have quick access to each.
