APK Shader for Minecraft BE 1.17/1.18.10.20+

APK Shader is a small project by APK, the essence of which is ease and simplicity. In contrast, MSPE Shader has a similar set of features and runs on Minecraft BE 1.18. In any case, it's nice to have a choice between several lightweight shaders for MCPE, even for low-end devices. For the middle category, look at the CSPE Shader, which got universal version recently.

What does it do?

The basic graphic concept has remained unchanged - it is light green grass and blue sky. The color palette has moved towards a slight increase in contrast to make the shadows look more realistic.




Among the main features there is a realistic sky which is difficult to surprise anyone at all. For the initial shader, the updated cubemap plays an important role and, at the same time, practically does not affect the FPS.




Also, attention is paid to lava, which shines more brightly in the dark. This also applies to the darkening effect, like shadows, which makes game objects less catchy. Watch the video below comparing the before and after shader.

How to install the APK Shader?

1. Download the shder and open it using the game.
2. Go to the world or game settings and activate the pack.
