This is a specialized sky-only shader in Minecraft Bedrock Edition. Any other shader has a predefined sky that cannot be changed by the player, but using the New Skies Shaders you have a choice between 12 themes. At any time of the gameplay you can open the settings menu and switch the sky to a new one.
