This is a specialized sky-only shader in Minecraft Bedrock Edition. Any other shader has a predefined sky that cannot be changed by the player, but using the New Skies Shaders you have a choice between 12 themes. At any time of the gameplay you can open the settings menu and switch the sky to a new one.

Just open the resource pack settings and select any of the available options. Check out the game screenshots to see how it looks in the game. There are any themes for playing in the overworld, as well as for skyblocks, the action of which takes place in the sky.
