Seeds with flat plains in Bedrock Edition 26 are boring. Seeds with mountains are beautiful, but inconvenient to build on. This seed is somewhere in between: a large plateau with a flat top, a forest below and lakes nearby. Everything is already in place, all that's left is to build. You start the game on a huge flat plateau that towers over the forest like a fortress. Then you can choose whether to build nearby or on the hill but either way the seed is very picturesque.
