What's so unusual about it, since there are quite a few similar villages when walking through deserts? It's all about the foundation on which it was built, as well as the neighboring structures located close to it.
It all starts with a huge karst cave that stretches through the entire village area. This is a huge space with many different ores and rocks, go there to find everything you need for survival and construction.
Another very rare thing is the neighboring structures generated a few blocks away from the village. These are the jungle temple and the ruined portal. Be careful not to fall into the cave when going there, as there are gaps in the rocks in some places, which is why the villagers avoid this place.
