In fact, mushroom fields are a fairly rare biome to be seen in Minecraft Bedrock Edition. It is used much less frequently in generation than other biomes and that is why this seed is so special. Plus, a mushroom village by the ocean is an even rarer sight to see.
One of the nearby structures is the ruined nether portal. As a structure, it makes sense if you want to move to the Nether dimension, but as a source of resources, the portal is not so good. Repair the portal to find yourself in the new nether of Minecraft PE 1.16.200.55 and then head back to the village.
