First of all, the jungle islands are a very rare natural feature after the world has been generated. You will need to take a very long journey to find a jungle island, as they are usually part of a combination of land biomes.
But is this seed the tiniest? 1000+ hours played miners probably found something similar like this, but most likely their islands were larger. Anyway, this seed is most suitable for those who are looking for a nice place to build a base and nothing more.
As you already understood, on one side the island is surrounded by water. The second side opens you a taiga village as well as mushroom fields, which is also a rather rare biome.
