There are various fossil structures generated underground mainly. With a small chance, you can find one of them in caves or the Nether from Minecraft Bedrock 1.16.0.53, or make it easier and type this number and face a large ravine, inside which there is a huge spine. It is worth noting that the fossil has been preserved quite well speaking about its structure and composition.

After you spawned, find the ravine, there is only one nearby, go to the cliff and look at the fossil, it is quite large. After that, carefully go down to the base without falling down. The fossil itself is not of great interest as a source of resources, unless you are looking for a lot of bone meal.
For several thousand years, the fossil has become a real sculpture that can only be transported using a pickaxe, do not try to break the bone blocks with your hands, otherwise you will get nothing instead of a drop.
