This seed is an excellent demonstration of global warming, which is moving forward on a catastrophic scale. View from above shows that the temperature of the first biome is much higher than the second, although both biomes are in the neighborhood. This can rarely be seen since usually the game generation is more responsible for the arrangement of biomes.

Being a serious enough problem in real life, global warming in Minecraft is just an illustration created by game mechanics. Two opposing biomes with completely different climatic conditions collided with each other. After taking a few steps you can find yourself in a very cold tundra or return back to hot mesa.
One of the seed features is the village. It looks like traditional with the usual houses and crops, but there are no villagers. Take it and use resources for your goals.
