Simplified version
For pets to act they must eat. See the food for your mob and put it in your inventory. After your mob will be able to perform their features.
A crafting table is not required, open inventory and put the two components listed above. Use the hint on the screenshot to craft faster.
1. Open the file (.mcpack) using Minecraft PE.
2. Activate the addon (world or game settings).
3. Experimental gameplay must be enabled.
