Minecraft Bedrock 26.70.23 - Calcite Bricks & Igloo Music Disc

It's only been a short time since the previous 26.70.22 beta, and Mojang has already released Minecraft Bedrock 26.70.23, which wraps up the fourth winter drop. This update adds the remaining decorative blocks and fixes several existing inconsistencies and bugs. Be sure to update if you want more building blocks without mods or addons.

Calcite in the Stonecutter:

Calcite has finally received a proper set of building blocks. You can now craft stairs, slabs or fences from this stone. There's also polished calcite: bricks, double slabs, and columns with a light marble texture.

Frost Mechanics:

Cold-weather mechanics in Minecraft Bedrock 26.70.23 now make more sense in cold biomes. Fire and lava remove the freezing effect while you're on fire, and the constant hissing sound no longer plays. Leather items protect not only you but also zombies and skeletons from hypothermia (preventing them from freezing in powder snow).

New Music Disc in Bedrock 26.70.23:

In basement chests there's about a one-in-three chance of finding the Flurry record by Hyper Potions. In ancient cities, carved Soul Shale blocks decorated with the face of a mob from the spin-off have also started appearing.

Redstone and Ice Fixes:

Solid ice and its brick variants in 26.70.23 can now be cut normally with a stonecutter, conduct redstone signals, block sunlight, and protect undead mobs from burns. Ice walls no longer prevent chests from being opened and the jukebox no longer triggers the sculk sensor when changing tracks.
