Item Classification by Value:

• White (or gray) - Common (wooden and stone weapons, basic resources)
• Green - Uncommon (copper gear and entry-level items above the basic tier)
• Blue - Rare (iron weapons and gear)
• Purple - Epic (diamond items, valuable boss drops)
• Gold / Orange - Legendary (netherite items, artifacts and the most valuable relics)

On-screen tooltips:

No need to get right up close. With the Loot Beams & Rarity Addon, a text label appears above the item showing its name and quantity, with it's rarity rank and icon below it.
