This is the author's take on the Irritator Addon for Bedrock, so there's only one mob here, but it comes with different abilities and is a formidable opponent with effects and more logical behavior. There is also the Dwellers Addon, which adds a set of different dwellers and items for fighting them.

So, as you wander around the world, every once in a while you get hit by the Fear Effect. It paralyzes your character for 20 seconds and you just stand there unable to do anything. Enemies can get really close to you at this point especially Irritators.
The Irritator mob itself:
When this dweller notices the player, it first freezes then suddenly rushes forward. It breaks doors, destroys foliage, climbs blocks and takes no damage from falling or fire. It's an extremely powerful enemy in Minecraft Bedrock. After death it drops an enchanted golden apple.
Characteristics:
- HP: 50
- Attack (melee): 25 + withering effect for 5 seconds
- Movement speed: medium-high
- Detection range: 3 chunks
- Pursuit range: high
- Knockback resistance: 100%
