Previously you could animate almost any of your actions using the Body Actions pack. This time you have a great opportunity to animate your character's eyes to move them and blink! Dynamic Eyes is an advanced but fairly easy-to-use addon for Bedrock Edition 1.21 that makes your character's head look much more realistic than before.

What does this look like in MCBE?
It looks really cool to say the least, now the eyes move and blink from time to time. There is no practical benefit to this, but it has a strong aesthetic effect, especially in multiplayer.
How to make eyes blink?
There are some peculiarities in the work of the addon and before it works you need to process your skin properly. The existing model is applicable only to default skins, custom ones require editing.
All you need to do is add the eyes themselves by placing them on the skin. Below is video showing how to make a skin for Dynamic Eyes Addon. This will require any graphic editor by the way.
